Step 1
Raise at least one end of the container high enough to clear the overall height of the container caster.
Step 3
Place container caster under corner fitting so cone enters bottom opening.BE SURE TO STAY CLEAR OF THE CONTAINER.

Hold container caster in place and have container lowered carefully so cone fully enters conrner fitting opening. Move lever to left to rotate cone inside of corner fitting.
Step 4
Raise the container to lift caster wheel off the ground. This step is critical to obtaining a tight connection and must be completed before proceeding to next step.
Step 5
Using a 3/4" wrench, turn the drive stud in the direction shown (indicated on the side of Casterloc) to tighten the connection of the assembly to the container. Tighten to approcimately 50 foot pounds. Repeat this procedure at each corner. Check each wheel as you proceed.
