Like many businesses, COVID negatively impacted operations at Tandemloc. We dealt with supply chain issues that affected delivery of materials and components, as well as staffing problems and the need to extend lead time in some cases. But we've been working on those issues diligently so that we can have full capacity moving forward.
We have focused on facility improvements that allow us to once again ensure Rapid Ready custom products ship within 5–7 business days. Specifically, we have added a second auxiliary paint booth, a CNC machine, and a plasma cutter. We are currently in the process of adding another line drill. Together, these equipment and facility improvements have helped cut down on lead times while increasing throughput and capacity.
Rapid Ready Program Overview
Tandemloc’s innovative Rapid Ready program involves the following steps:
1. Know what you need.
Refer to our more specific Rapid Ready product pages for more detailed information on custom lift beams and top rigging.
2. Call or email our knowledgeable sales staff.
In almost every case, they can quote a price and produce a specification drawing immediately for your review.
3. Review your custom specification drawing.
If it is exactly what you need, sign the drawing and email it back to your account manager with your order information (shipping location, PO #, etc.).
All Rapid Ready product orders must be paid with a credit card at order placement. This ensures that we produce, test, and ship your custom device within 5 to 7 work days.
4. Sit back and relax.
In just 5 to 7 work days you will receive a tracking number for the shipment of your new Tandemloc Rapid Ready custom product.
