AUTOLOC®
- 24' Spreader
The 24' Autoloc® Container Lift Spreader is sized to lift what is commonly referred to as "Matson" 24-foot Containers.
The containers must be outfitted with ISO 1161 Corner Fittings in order to be compatible with this spreader.
TANDEMLOC can build Autoloc® Spreaders for specialty containers that incorporate these corner fittings yet do not meet
the overall box dimensions or capacities as specified by ISO 668. |

AUTOLOC®
- 40' Spreader
The 40' Autoloc® Container Lift Spreader is sized to lift
40-foot Containers built to ISO 1496. As with it's smaller
brother, the 30' spreader, it automatically locks to and unlocks
from the container by the simple slackening action of the 4-leg
sling bridle. The spreader is simple - no electronics or
hydraulics to maintain. A rugged, yet inexpensive product to
lift containers from the top corners. The optional flipper
guides are recommended for improved efficiency in landing the
spreader bayonets into the the corner fittings. |

AUTOLOC®
Spreader Sandbox Lifter
This Autoloc® Spreader was designed for a Homeland Security
application, which required the need to lift "mini containers"
that contained sand. Although the "box" was only about 12' long,
the weight was not, weighing in at 75,000 lbs. and they needed
to be lifted and stacked upon one another. This spreader
incorporates all of the rugged, proven components used on our
Autoloc® spreaders that lift standard containers. Incorporating
standard ISO 1161 Corner Fittings into your "box" design will
open up many opportunities to take advantage of lifting and tie
down devices. |

product for you. ISO 3874 standards require that when lifting
containers from the bottom corner fittings, a lift sling must be

Ft. ISO Type 1 Container Sling, 40,000 LB. WLL
The AE24000A-1PA Sling Assembly offers a headroom as low as a
scant 21 inches above the container (assuming the container is
102" tall) while still maintaining the minimum allowable sling
angle of 30° when lifting from the bottom corners (Ref
ISO 3874 and ISO 1496). This design is made to lift either a 20'
or 40' container. The 40' container is lifted using the same
assembly as a 20 footer except that wire rope extension pendants
are used and are included with the product. As an added feature,
the frame offers several lift points, enabling the level lift of
unequally loaded containers (longitudinal direction only). |

Q2500AA-400
- TACOM STYLE 20 & 40 ft. Container Bottom Lift Sling
The Q2500AA-400 is military ready, with CARC paint and
provisions for securing the lift beam to the Grove crane. These economical sling assemblies allow the user to lift from the bottom corner fittings and adjust for off-center loads in both longitudinal and transverse directions. They are compact and easy to store and ship. |

The Q2500AA-400D is very similar to the -400 except that the
lift beam incorporates 2 holes which can be used to secure the
beam to the crane when not in use. The holes are sized to fit
the K08A00A series Viso Connector available separately from
Tandemloc. |

This lift lug is designed for vertical lift from the top corner fitting. It incorporates a master link, which may be lifted from using a hook. It meets ISO 3874. Each lug has a working load limit of 25,000 lbs and is proof tested to 50,000 lbs. |

- Flex Link Top Lift Lug Assembly
(for empty containers only)
ISO allows empty containers to be lifted from the top corners using an angular sling. This product accomplishes this and may be used with ISO
configured shelters that have been designed and tested to be lifted at an angle. Each lug has a working load limit of 17,000 lbs each. The flex link is specifically designed for this. The other top lift lugs are to be used vertically ONLY. |

Replacement Rotary Lift Lug with Securing Feature
The TANDEMLOC Replacement Rotating Lift Lug with securing feature has added feature to prevent unwanted fallout while NOT under load. It is otherwise the same as the standard
Replacement Rotary Lift Lug. It is designed to connect lifting slings to the bottom side apertures in ISO 669 type freight container corner fittings (ISO 1161). They are not left or right handed; they can fit any of the side or end bottom apertures and rotate to any angle (ISO does not allow lifts with angles less than 30°) |

The ISO Lift Adapter connects to the end or side apertures of bottom ISO Corner Fittings and provides a space to allow a low profile jacking device to lift the corner of the container. This product is for low level lifting, not overhead lifting. Each Lift Adapter has a 10,000lb capacity. Several in each manufacturing lot are proof tested based on Mil Standard sample. |

- Adapter Shoe & Swivel, Thermal Zinc Coated
The adapter shoe fits Container Lift Spreader Twistlocks. The swivel eye allows a variety of sling pendants to be attached. When using the Vertical Lift Lug, the combination is often called “Emergency Gear” and is used to pull damaged containers from container ship cells or for lifting containers with cargo projecting from the top. |
