Pneumatic Casters - Single Wheel
A full line of casters with pneumatic tires is offered to capacities 3,630 lbs. When you receive your pneumatic caster, you might notice that the load rating shown on the tires is less than the caster capacity. That is because the tire rating is based on a max speed of 30 mph and the caster assembly is designed for a max speed of 5 mph (except our special pneumatics). The capacity of the caster is correct. A variety of brakes, swivel locks and foam filled tires are available.

Our standard dual caster line up offers capacities to 7,260 lbs. However, see our Special Pneumatic Casters for up to 15,000 lb capacity. Single wheel to 3,500 lb. capacity. The Series "H"
Non-Kingpin Swivel Section
style swivel bearings act as both load and thrust components and
lock the swivel section together to distribute the load over a
larger area. The single ball race design provides easy
maneuverability and longevity under high load situations. The Series
"H" casters are built to long established industry standards
for top plate size, bolt hole spacing and overall height. |

Single wheel to 10,000 lb. capacity. The Series "S"
Non-Kingpin Swivel Section style casters feature a unique single ball race
design. This design provides a high strength swivel section that
will swivel easily under extremely heavy loads. |

Series "X" Casters
- Extreme Duty - Choose from Single
Wheel or Dual Wheel
Single wheel to 20,000 lb. capacity. The raceways of the Series
"X" Non-Kingpin Swivel Section style casters are precision machined and then
through hardened to eliminate brinelling of the surface. This
unique swivel design allows the main caster bearing to operate
in shear where the load and thrust forces bear on the 7/8"
diameter ball bearings. The Series "X" offers a high strength
swivel section that will easily swivel under extreme loads. |
