Notes:
1. To facilitate assembly into an installed housing or combo
body (#80607AA-T00 or T12100C100 see Sheet 1). The
Screw-Down Twistlock is shipped as sub-assemblies and loose
parts. Sub-assemblies are defined with component pc nos.
Marked "a", while loose part PC NOs are marked "u" in the
list of materials.
2. When pulled out, the push-pull thread locking handle
allows tension nut to be turned. Lock threads by manually
pushing handle in. Four spring loaded balls in
multi-directional detents maintain the thread lock under
most all violent vibration. In addition there is a provision
to lock positively with a cotter pin (#T12000E-CP), or "hair"pin
(#T12000A-LHP) or plastic tie (#T12000E-PT). The pins & ties
must be ordered separately. Note that the "hair" pin has a
chain lanyard and is permanently attached to the assembly. |
