SPREADER BAR END CAPS FOR 10" PIPE (AB11000A-100)

Save freight costs by purchasing the pipe locally, (especially on very long and heavy pipe) or keep a few different diameters and lengths on hand for versatility. Along with Spreader Bar End Caps, you will be ready to make that lift needed “yesterday”. Spreader Bar End Caps are proof tested by TANDEMLOC. Use only the pipe specified by TANDEMLOC and the pipe used must be certified by the manufacturer and have chemical and physical test reports. Spreader Bar End caps are available for heavy loads and can be shipped by common carrier. They are relatively easy to install and built to last. Note the clevis style eliminating the need for big, expensive shackles. Shown with the optional “sheave” for “soft loop” wire rope pendants.

Capacities are based on using the pipe and span as specified. It is the user's responsibility to conform to the span and the pipe specifications exactly as indicated above, in order to achieve the working load limits shown in the table above.

Also, never use a sling angle of less than 45 degrees as shown in the adjacent drawing. The end caps are individually load tested to 125,000 lbs.

NEVER EXCEED THE WORK LOAD LIMIT (WLL) for the pipe, per the span indicated nor the end cap! Failure to use the correct pipe could result in lifter assembly failure, leading to property damage, injury or death!
