CASTERLOC XT ASSEMBLY, GALVANIZED (N25000D-1GA)

Bolts to casters and fits ISO 1161 corner fittings. Twist locks into the corner fittings as an initial connection and then the gap between the corner fitting and Casterlock is removed by tightening the drive stud on either side. A rigid connection allows for a wobble-free ride and will not fall out of corner fitting.

• For heavy duty casters up to 18,000 lb. capacity
• ORDER NO. N25000D-1GA CASTERLOC XT, 7 x 7 mount holes galvanized with lift & adapter plate with 5/8" caster attachment bolts & locknuts (PC 22 & 23). WEIGHT: 50.9 LB.
• ORDER NO. N25000D-2GA CASTERLOC XT, 4.5 x 6.& 2.5 x 5 mount holes galvanized. With 1/2" caster mounting bolts & locknuts. (PC 16 & 24) WEIGHT: 39 LB.
• USE: Attach the selected 4 holes to a caster mounting plate with appropriate bolts & nuts. With the bayonet head in the unlock position and the adjustment clamp arms unwound fully out, insert the bayonet into the large bottom hole of a ISO 1161 corner fitting & twist lock the bayonet to the lock position. With zero compressive force on the clamp arm tops, wind the clamp arms together until you have between 50 to 200 ft/lbs of torque this will tighten the grip between the clamp arm tops and the base of the corner fitting. Once tight, the full weight of the container can be rested on the Casterloc.

• Remove slack in connection by turning drive stud.
