LIFT LUG FOR VERTICAL LIFTING (20901AA-1PA, -2PA, -3PA)
This lift lug is designed for VERTICAL lifting from the top corner fitting. It may be used with a master link for your sling hook (1PA model) or without (2PA model). According to ISO 1496 and ISO 3874, when lifting containers from the top corner fittings, the forces must be vertical to prevent compressive loading to the top rail of the container. Empty 20' containers may be lifted at an angle (see 20901AA-4PA). Prior to lifting, it is the user's responsibility to know the limitations of the container or ISO configured shelter.

Easy Installation: Simply guide the nose of the lift lug into the corner fitting and twist 90 degrees.  Drop gravity lock plate into corner fitting and tighten bolt and nut.  The gravity plate helps prevent the lug from untwisting.  Remember, if you need to lift empty containers or specially designed ISO configured containers or shelters using an angular lift force, use the Lift Lug with Flex Link, No. 20901AA-4PA.
